alas dengan kertas kek bukan kertas minyak ya sebab nanti ia melekat. Kertas
kek tu ada jual di kedai kek 1 gulung harganya RM 12 ringgit kalau di JB di
tempat lain ita tak pasti. Kertas ni kita boleh guna semula, ianya boleh dicuci
dan diguna semula.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Sebelum kita mula. kita sediakan dulang pembakar terlebih dahulu. Alas
dulang pembakar dgn kertas minyak. Ambil duit syiling 20 sen dan lukis atas
kertas minyak dan jarakkan setiap satu sebanyak 3 cm. Terbalikkan kertas
dan letak atas tray atau dulang pembakar. Ketepikan. Yang paling mudah kalau
kita guna baking paper lebih mudah untuk tanggalkan macaroon tu. Kalau guna
kertas minyak, bila macaroon dah masak nanti lepas keluar oven terus pancit dgn
air belakang kertas minyak. Biar sekejap nanti macaroon tu mudah tanggal. Hati2
ye! jangan sampai tercedera pula... sebab panas tu.</span></div>

berkelajuan max. Kemudian masukkan gula castor sedikit demi sedikit sambil
terus memutar sehingga adunan kental dan bertanduk seperti
gambar 1 (anggaran dlm 10 minit). Adunan menjadi ringan dan gebu dan
sedikit berkilat. Kalau kita terbalikkan mangkuk tu adunan putih telur tu tak
jatuh. (bahagian ni kena pastikan adunan tu betul2 kental). Tapi jangan
terlebih pukul ye! dia dah bertanduk aje dah ok!<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Setelah rata masukkan semua baki serbuk almond sedikit sedikit dan gaulkan dgn
kaedah yg sama sehingga adunan bergaul sempurna.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<li>pewarna dan perasa ikut suka </li>

Cara cara: <br />
<ol>
<li> putar mentega bersama gula sampai kembang </li>
<li> kemudian masukkan telur satu persatu </li>
<li> lepas tu bolehlah masukkan tepung </li>
<li> bahagikan adunan kepada 3 bekas. Setiap satu letakkan pewarna dan perasa yang digemari. Cth: kaler oren, perisa oren.Kalau xnak letak perasa, letak esen vanilla pun boleh aje. </li>
<li>Sapukan loyang dengan margerin. Letak adunan sesudu demi sesudu berselang. cthnya : mula2 letak sesudu kaler oren, pastu letak sesudu kaler coklat diatas kaler oren tadi, lapis mcm tu je. Hasilnya akan jadi mcm kek saya di atas. x perlu kacau pakai lidi. just letak sesudu demi sesudu kedalam loyang hingga habis. </li>
<li> kemudian blh dibakar pada suhu 170 darjah selama 30-40 minit.</li>

Kek Tiramisu....erm...lazatnyer....:)) geram x uolsss dgn kek tiramisu ni?? geram kan...harussss...jd mari kita menggigihkan diri mencuba resepi di bawah ini...slamat mncuba ya uolsss....<br />

Bahan-bahan ( satu famili nak bagi jiran pun boleh :) )</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 keping kek span yg siap dipotong setebal 2 cm </li>
<li>8 keping sponge fingers@biskut tiramisu </li>
<li>#Coffee Syrup - campur dan kacau rata </li>
<li>300ml air panas </li>
<li>4 tbsp gula caster </li>
<li>1 tbsp coffee paste </li>
<li>30 ml kahlua - (kahlua dlm resipi nih sejenis mexican coffee) optional </li>
<li># Cheese cream </li>
<li>250g Mascarpone cheese </li>
<li>1 tbsp serbuk gelatin </li>
<li>3 tbsp air panas </li>
<li>250g fresh cream (whipped) </li>
<li>250g whipping cream (whipped) </li>
<li># Bahan untuk hiasan </li>
<li>sedikit serbuk koko </li>
<li>sedikit parutan coklat masakan </li>

Cara-cara </h3>

<li> Untuk membuat Cheese Cream, cairkan serbuk gelatin dgn air panas dan kacau rata. ketepikan. <div class="clear">

<li> Tuangkan campuran gelatin tadi ke dalam mascarpone cheese dan kacau rata. Kemudian masukkan pula fresh cream dan whipping cream satu per satu dan kacau rata lagi. <div class="clear">

</li>
<li> Sediakan cake tin bersaiz 23cm dan letakkan sekeping kek span ke dalamnya. Kemudian sapukan kesemua permukaan kek menggunakan berus(yang bersesuaian) yg telah dicelup dengan coffee syrup tadi. <div class="clear">

</li>
<li> Tuangkan separuh Cream Cheese tadi ke dalam tin kek. Celupkan biskut tiramisu ke dalam coffee syrup tadi dan susun atur ke dalam tin kek. Taburkan di atas biskut tadi dengan parutan coklat masakan. <div class="clear">

<li> Kemudian letak sekeping kek span lagi di atasnya dan sapu/berus dengan coffee syrup tadi dan simpan di dalam peti ais selama 4 jam. <div class="clear">

<li> Setelah 4 jam keluarkan dari peti ais dan sapukan permukaan atas kek dengan whipping cream dan tabur diatasnya serbuk koko sebagai hiasan. <div class="clear">
